Lack of tools and ability stop me from doing this last mod my self. I need to find a company who does custom windows and can laser cut or somehow cut cleanly the window for my Fractal case. Any companies you guys recommend?

 
Yes give that a try. I was going to suggest just going to a local business that does signs or sells plexi. You can choose to have it cut to your specifications in just about any shape you want and in whatever color you choose. I bet you could even find a local sheet metal shop that could laser or waterjet your side panel
