Artifacting happens when a videocard is ethier overclocked to far, or is overheating.

Why the picture of your cpu bios?

Having a problem with 3 7800gt's. only one is good so far. the other two look like that.

1.)overheating
2.)overclocked to far and needs more voltage supplied to the core
3.)lack of power or unstable/fluctuating power supplied to it

1.)overheating (maybe display panel says 38c)
2.)overclocked to far and needs more voltage supplied to the core ( i guess that could happen they are oc'd from the factory, 470 /1100 instead of 400/1000)
3.)lack of power or unstable/fluctuating power supplied to it (maybe but three diffrent powersupplies, im not sure. im using and ocz 520 adj.)
