I saw 2 refurb 9600XT (the ones I want) on NewEgg and I want your opinion on which one is better, in terms if I ever when to do a vmod or any other mod, right now I think the sapphire is better, also when I'm getting this I will get an Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer REV.3, also should I get some arctic silver 5 and if which one (there's a couple ceramic etc.) or should I save up and just buy the cheap one if it isn't much of a difference.

P.S. I have 200watt PSU in my system right now, just because it was there when I purchased the HP, so would it provide enough power, this is what I’m running, P4 2.0 GHz, 2 X 256MB SDRAM, 1 X 250 Gig IDE WD 8MB cache, 2 X 80mm fans. 1 DVD-Player, 1 CD-RW writer (I can disconnect both the drives because I don't use them often)

get the gigabyte one, they are both the same card but the gigabyte one has a way better game bundle so yeah get that one
 
Don't really care about the game bundle, plus this is a refurb so I doubt it comes with the games.
