Gigabyte GeForce 6600 GT AGP?
or
Leadtek GeForce A6600 GT TDH AGP?

those are the only real options for me here in New Zealand.

I know the 6600GT are all the same after you oc (if they have 2.0ns RAM) so...

This is going in a shuttle so I can't change the cooler without haxing up my case, and I don't want to hax up my case.

So my concerm is what card is quietest?
 
Linking to this review at Anandtech (PCI-E cards, but most thermal solutions are the same), suggests that the Leadtek will be the quieter out of the two. It is known that Gigabyte has several thermal solutions in their parts bin, so it depends on which card you're talking about.
