What can I use this switch button for?

Ok I have a newb question in regards to an anti-vandal switch I recieved with a case I purchased. I am wondering if anyone can tell me what it can be used for. I would like to use it to turn on and off my cathodes. The pins on the back are arranged like such.

pin1 pin3
pin+ pin -
pin4 pin2


If its anyhelp it says onpow in between the pins which I found to be the manufacture. Here is the link http://www.onpow.com/en/product/product1180.html
 
Pins + and - receive power from your PSU. After that, two of the remaining leads will output positive current when the switch is on (probably pins 1 and 4) and two will be negative current (probably 3 and 2) meaning you can use the button to connect multiple devices. Use the continuity setting on a multimeter to check which is which. If you don't have a multimeter, use a 9v battery or whatever to test (assuming it's a 12 volt swtich).
 
+/- are for the LED. be sure to only feed them 3.3v or less, motherbaord head for Power LED is the place to get power from. The other connections are for momentary on, and momentary off. use a multimeter to find the pairs, probably 1-3 and 4-2
