Heres All My Specs according to CPU-Z. Could someone suggest what i should do to OC this system? Thanks...

I got a 512 Stick of Mushkin DDR400 and a 256 stick of some generic stuff, also DDR400.

For cooling I have a ThermalTake Venus 12 CPU Fan and 2 System Fans.


And to the other two that replied: why you gotta be mean like that?
 
If your looking to OC, get new ram, because 3448 are awful timings, get some utt. Also you might want a new mobo, maybe NF4.
 
Or he could simply remove the generic stick of memory, go into his BIOS and start bumping up the FSB? bump it up by 5-10, see if the machine POST's.
If it does, go run Prime95 in torture test mode (i think generally the 'in-place large fft's" one is used for this. It's what I use anyhow. Most heat, most load on the CPU.

anyhow, run that for a good handful of hours (some day 24hrs, some say 12, some say 4-8), without an error, and you should be okay at that speed.

Bump up the FSB another 5-10, and repeat.

If Prime95 has a rounding error, it's mis-calculated. if this occurs
Lower the FSB a few notches. 3-5 at a time. At each interval, run Prime95 again, and verify stability.

That's about all there is to it, without getting all hardcore, or screwing with voltages and timings.

Note: I've no idea how much you know about computers. For all I know you could know-all. I'm just answering yer question ;)
 
Get the generic crap out of there. It's best not to mix memory types because their properties can be quite a bit different.

Read Eclipse's guide, linked in my sig. It'll get you through most of it, post back if you need anything clarified.
 
I know about computers, just not when it comes to OverClocking thats new territory to me. Anyhow. I've been told by several people two things: Your MOBO sucks, get an new one. And like many of you have said, get rid of that generic RAM. Now this is the first computer I ever built, and i did it all on my own, so I fucked up on a couple of things when selecting my componets. So I have decided to use this Computer to experiment with modding and use it for gaming cause it actually runs everything i throw at it with ease. And in a month or so (when i find a new job) Sell it and build me something better. I tried uping the FSB a bit and it just didn't like it at all so OCing this thing isn't going to happen. Thanks for the suggestions though. When I build my new rig I'll try again.
