you can use msi afterburner to volt mod, monitor voltages, temps, fan speeds, etc and set up a fan speed program, on any brand ati card. and btw, msi cards are usually inexpensive, and factory overclocked msi cards are generally cheaper than other brands. sapphire cards are very good, also. and i dont care about that lifetime warranty shit either, i only own cards for like 6 months.
