Im using an asus a8v with 2x74gb sata raptors,on a8v promise raid controller.I used drive image 7 to make a image on dvd-r,when i boot from the cd it doesnt detect my drives. Is there anyway around this?Or another program like drive image 7 that supports sata raid 0 ?

When you use the recovery disk for Drive Image 7, near beginning of boot sequence you get an F6 prompt same routine as windows install. load the floppy with card drivers, and it will detect. I've never tried (yet), having the image on DVD. Mine is archived on a dedicated external HD with drive Image, and ASR/Shadow(windows Backup in XP Pro). My Raid 5 doesn't even need the F6, gotta love it.

Watch closely for the F6 prompt, should solve you're problem.
