What am I missing about this display?

Someone asked me in my office if this is a good deal, since it's been available for about 10 days, and no one has bid on it. I don't know a lot about displays, so I thought I'd ask. The only reason that I see that it isn't selling is because it doesn't have a built-in tuner, but can't you watch your television programs if you're using a cable box/dvr or a HTPC with a built-in tuner? It's also a refurb, but I didn't think those two aspects would keep people from not buying any of them for so long. Any input would be great!

For TV watching it'd be great. 720/1080i. However, I would recommend on a screen of this size, at 6 feet viewing distance, minmum. A .80 pixel pitch is horrid at any less distance. This would make for a very ugly desktop screen.
