What am I doing wrong? AXP OC Problems

Just for kicks, I was trying to see what my system can OC to and I am running into some problems. I have an NF7-S v.2.0, XP 2400 Mobile, 2x256 Hyper X pc3200 (2-3-3-11). I have no problems running this thing at 11x200 at 1.6v. I know temps are prolly not the issue as at 11x200 it idles at 31C and at full load it is at 44C.

If I try to boot the thing up at like 11x210, 10x200, 11.5x200, the system goes to load windows and then reboots itself, but I can run Prime95 all day/night at 11x200 flawless. I've even tried using those settings to try booting with the ram at 2.5-3-3-11 with no success. The ram is running at 2.6v.

What am I doing wrong so I can see where my system will go or is it as far as its going to go?
