It has to be 20'' the most.....
and has to be Spacious...Kinda Wide....

2. Cases are very subjective, can you post a pic/link to something similar to what you're looking for?
 
Definitely gonna say Lian Li. They are the easiest cases to work on I've EVER had. Just the sheer number of nifty features on these cases makes them worth the $120 for the PC-65 series. They got loads of space inside, take up very little space outside, you never have to worry about your power leads being too short. I've had one coolermaster case and while its a good case just isn't near the value of the Lian Li. Its either them or Antec IMO.
