Is it possible? How do I know if my CPU or mobo support overclocking? Will low end cpus and mobos likely support it?

Hello, yes its possible to overclock on 1150, but you need both a CPU overclock capable and a motherboard that support overclocking.. Low ends CPU as pentium, celeron and i3 aren't able to overclock Only i5 and i7 "K" suffix CPU are unlocked to overclock such as i5 4670K and i5 4770K.. Also the motherboard has to be a Z87 chipset.. Actually are manufacturers that allow in their B85 and H87 the ability of overclock but as far i know lately are a rummor that intel will launch a microcode to block B85 and H87 motherboards overclock ability...
