Ok, some of you have gave me advice on voltmodding an XT PE. It went pritty well. I settled the card at a stable 560/590. This wasnt my XT PE, it was a friend's who is too scared to overclock or touch the card by himself, wussbag! I even had to softmod it for him. Anyways I guess something spoked him because he offered to trade it to me for my BFG 6800Ultra. I've been testing the card like crazy. First to make sure its stable, Second to get the feel of it. Now I can't see a huge difference between the two. The XT PE feels smoother in games at the highest resolutions AA and AF enabled. Now [H]ardOcp always has seemed to recommend the Ultra in thier reviews. There last left me confused to say the least. It sure looks like the X850 is just increasing on a lead the X800XT PE already had in most games, Brent stated the ATI drivers had suddenly matured (Load of crap). www.hardocp.com/article.html?art=Njk3 Anyway, this card only has to last me until the next gen comes out.
