I have two cards. A retial from newegg and a oem from bestbuy. which card has the better ram?

Are you sure the Retail one is
K4D26323RA-GCZA or is it K4D26323RA-GC2A?

The 2A one is capable of MAX. 350Mhz and GCZA does not exist.

According to Samsung's site, I can only guess what you memory part number you typed. Make sure you copied the appropriate values.

The other memory spec you posted isn't listed on Samsung's site. So find out what the OEM one says. Then we'll see what the capabilities are. But overclocking isn't exactly guaranteed. So someone could have better luck than others and reach a much higher speed setting than the next guy. So many other factors involved.
