What 3rd Party Apps dont work/work correctly in Vista?

Have there been any 3rd Party apps which are broke by Vista? / Dont work so well?

The only thing I can truly find is the Nvidia Control Panel is busted. Everything else I use seems to work just fine.

What about for you?
 
What's wrong with the Nvidia control panel? Aside from not showing up in the system tray, it seems to work fine for me.
 
Well most apps I've tested work. But if you run Quark Xpress 7.0 you are pretty much SoL. The installer doesn't recognise Vista and gives and error that your version of Windows is not supported and fails to install.

Some applications with Star Force require a patch to star force to run correctly (GT Legends seems to be one of them from my experience)

Some applications require being ran with admin privleges to operation correct (BF2, for example)

Oblivion runs but sometimes the Launcher application crashes.
 
Some of apples software like Quicktime doesn't work. At least thats what I read somewhere.
