Westy LVM-37W3SE help

Could somebody please take a picture of the screws needed to attach the silver stand onto the LVM-37W3SE monitor? I recently moved and lost the TV stand (it was previously mounted) and just purchased one off of eBay but I don't think it comes with any screws so I need to go buy them. Also, is there anything else that is needed for installing the base stand? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Hi,looked at my manual as I to have a westy but couldnt find any info on size of screws for the base but this site sales the base with screws they may be able to tell what size http://www.shopjimmy.com/stand-from-westinghouse-lvm-37w3se-1.htm
