As indicated on its April 28, 2016 investment community conference call, Western Digital® Corp. will provide an update to its guidance for the fourth fiscal quarter ending July 1, 2016, to reflect the partial period of ownership of SanDisk Corp. in the quarter. Western Digital acquired SanDisk on May 12, 2016. The company plans to issue its updated fourth fiscal quarter guidance after the market closes on May 26, 2016, and will host an investment community conference call to discuss the updated guidance on the same day.
