I have a WDC WD1001FALS-00J7B0 that keeps disappearing in Windows. I must do a cold boot for the system to recognize it again. No problems with the other drives. See Crystaldisk info on the drive below.

Your SMART give no hint to a problem. That does not mean that the drive is the problem, but it can basically be every component of your system. Does it happen with this drive in another system?
