Here is my home "theater" that is almost finished.

From the hallway looking into the living room.

From the couch.

The wiring. (Everything is from monoprice, except the banana plugs, lowes ftw.)

Where it all comes back too.


Equipment as follows:
HTPC
- Zotac GF8200-C-E
- Athlon X2 4850e
- 2gb PNY DDR2-800
- 320gb Seagate 7200.10
- Scythe SHURIKEN Rev B
- Silverstone Sugo SG05

Samsung BD-P1500, Blu-Ray player
Xbox360 Premium with 120GB hdd
42" Philips 1080p LCD (can't remember model#)


7.1 Surround sound:
Receiver - Onkyo TX-SR606
Fronts - Polk Audio Monitor 50
Center - Paradigm CC-170
Surrounds - Polk Audio FXi3
Rears - Polk Audio R150
Sub - Polk Audio PSW-10


As you can see there are a few things on my "to-do" list. I plan on ordering the Sanus PFFP2 and a Belkin PureAV PF60. The last thing on the list is to run the Cat6 in wall to finish it all off.

So far, I love it. Nice and loud and surround sound as proper as i could get it sounds awesome.

Can you provide the link to that plate? I thought all of monoprice's speaker wire plates had to be soldered to the in-wall wire.

NM... I see that it came prelabled from monoprice. By the way, can't help but love when wiring is done the right way!

Yep. I just labeled the wires as I ran them with a sharpie, FL for front left, etc.
