Werid pc automatic shutdown problem...

For some reason lately my pc's been shutting down by itself. I could be doing anything and then all of a sudden I will hear 2 high pitched rings and it will just shutdown. Anyone have a clue why it could be doing this

Sounds like a heat issue. Overclocked?
 
Nah not overclocked still cant figure out seems to have stopped but im gonna reformat see if it just might not be a bug in my computer
