I'm trying to attach projects that I've not yet contributed. I guess I'll have to sit this out and hopefully they will fix their website for new account creation in a distant future.

Glad to hear that it is a work around. This project isn't popular for multiple reasons and so I'm doubting anyone has reported due to those reasons as well...
