Welp, im stumped. HELP! =\

So, ive been using ICS (sharing internet from my computer to my xbox) to play on XboxLive... ping has been stable for the past 2 weeks, no packetloss, no ping spikes... nothing...


Last night, around 7, ping goes up to 300 - 500 when I ping google :\ I thought maybe the cable feed is being spliced too much, so I ran the rj45 cable from the modem to the xbox, direct connection.

Still the same ping... called the company thinking maybe theirs a lot of traffic for tonight... nothing.. and the level 1 tech, as usual, knows nothing else but the standard unplug/plug modem let me check the line...

So now, im completely out of ideas, ive ran every spyware program I have, thinking it might just be a random adware program running... nope, nothing....

a game server, your dns svr .. anything but a high traffic website

high pings on anything that I ping :\ you can tell also whenever im playing a game on live because it is oh so laggy
