I have no clue what could have caused this, but it only started happening since i put my new bfg 6800 ultra oc in, so i thought i'd ask the experts. When i first boot up my comp, only the first attempt, it gets as far as the blank screen right before that blue windows xp pro loading bar screen. Well it stays there. So i press the restart button and it works fine...it doesn't bother me too much but i hate having to reboot everytime i want to start up my comp. The card runs beautifully in every game i play, and to me, seems far from defective. Any ideas? thanks
 
well it's a 500W power supply, i don't think there is a psu prob tho cause my whole comp runs perfectly after i get it booted up. As for the overheating, the very first bootup of the day shouldn't be too hot, but it does heat up fast..i have around 59C idle on my vid card =X but i'm switching to watercooling in about 2 weeks anyhow. Any more suggestions are appreciated!
