Ok so i have never had problems with this computer i built before butttt ever since i moved i get random freezes. Freezes that freeze everything including sound, mouse and all. I think it might be a heat issue im running at CPU temp of 48C.

Second if its not the heating i dont know how to run the memtest86. Can somoene help me?

Lastly, also just after my move, my computer decides to randomly restart whenever it wants.....not too often but it just started today and did it like 3 times in a row...

what is going on with this thing!?

could be a few things: do you overclock? if you do it could be a [H]ardLock(which it is anyway). Motherboard could be failing. Hard Drive or PSU could be wacky. But i would tend to say the motherboard since you are getting random restarts. time for an rma.
 
Could also be "dirty" power. Do you have a UPS hooked up with line conditioning (voltage regulation)? Since you said you moved, Your new place could have power that fluctuates alot.

download memtest86's image from www.memtest86.com - burn it ot a cd (can be a cdrw - doesn't really matter) and reboot the comp making sure you have your CDROM as the first boot device..
