weird vista bug

my resolution is set to 1920x1080 and it seems there is some desktop that is off the screen and programs get stuck there sometimes and i cant get them out is this something i messed up or what...

Go into display properties and disable the secondary monitor that isn't pluged in...

yea make sure its not outputting to another display, hey my name is in the picture

it's not :X all other displays got the lines through them and i cant highlight them
