Guys look at the following screenshots. They show the specs and different temperaturs of my system. I have not used this processor (e8200) for quite some time.
Today I build an LGA775 system and temperators of the system surprized me.
The softwares in windows showing very high temperature while bios shows negative / minus temperature.

I applied thermal paste afresh and even replaced HSF but of no use. Cleared CMOS but a futile exercise.
There is only 1 version of bios available on the Asus website and its alraedy flashed on my system.

Please look on screenshots and offer your valueable and expert views in the matter :

Something wrong with temperature sensors. I guess you going to have to live with it as long as it works.

If the motherboard has a jumper or switch for sub-zero, make sure it's set to off.

Reseat your CPU, you are probably not getting good contact between the CPU and heat sink / water block.

Use a premium TIM

recheck
