Specs:
Core i7 950 4.2Ghz
Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD4P
x2 BFG GTX260 OCX
Ultra X3 1600W psu
HP 2408W

Problem:

Cards work fine by themselves with CPU overclocked and video card overclocked, samething when stock.

But when I enable SLI overclocked or stock, my games crashes and with OCCT I get tons of errors but no visual issues like artifacts . So far I changed SLI bridge, underclocked gpu and memory, tested with different powersupply, changed thermal paste and cranked up the fan speed to 100%, and when back to stock on my cpu.

This is an issue I been dealing with a long time with different drivers and windows installs.

I know I might have to RMA a video card but which one. :(

Did you memtest your ram? How about trying a different mobo?

memtest the ram with and without overclock when I had the 4890's and it was fine maybe its not the case now I might have to check that again.

I don't have a different board that support SLI so no.

Also I forgot to say that I tested the 2nd slot on the board and that it also didn't give me any issues.

So far memtest didn't detected anything and that with the overclock.

Yep it was the video card. I had to go and buy another GTX260 to find which one was bad.

RMA Time... :(

Seems logical now. Both have to be talking to eachother correct. Makes sense.
