I have been running Windows 8.1 on my NUC for a long time with Kodi, it's hooked up via HDMI to my 55" LG TV. Well I finally did the Windows 10 upgrade because I have been running it on my game PC and work laptop and I found that I liked it. After the upgrade everything seemed to be working just fine with Kodi still. I found out when I turn off the TV and turn it back on, the resolution or the TV scaling is messed up. Instead of filling the screen 16:9, it seems to smush everything down to 4:3 but using the same 1920x1080 resolution. Has anyone else seen this?

Yes. My workaround before switching over to a Fire TV was to set a 30 minute idle timeout that closes Kodi completely. You'll need to launch Kodi each time you turn on the TV.
