What is that rectangle? It's not part of my wallpaper. I can alt-drag it around my desktop. It acts like an app, but seems to have no name or way to close it. I don't see any blank entries in either task man or proc exp. It shows up in virtualwin as a blank entry.
It just appeared there when I booted my computer fresh. Well, it froze after I took it out of sleep mode(which is a recurring problem), so I had to press the hard reset button. I have never seen it before.
