Weird reboot display problem.

I have been having a problem where every 2-3 days WinXP will reboot on its own but when it comes back up the resolution is 800x600 instead of 1024x768. I have to keep resetting. Does anyone know how to fix?

WinXP Pro
GF3 Ti200 card latest drivers (this was happening before I updated the drivers.

sounds like your settings aren't getting saved correctly.

after it reboots change the settings then shutdown properly.

That should force all of the configuration data to be saved for sure.

Then wait unil it happens again.

You probably have more serious problems if it just reboots randomly.

check you RAM.
