Just put a new motherboard in this machine. It's got a weird problem when I turn it on. Sometimes, after I turn it on, there is no output on the monitor and the computer does not POST. But if I open the computer up and jiggle the memory around some, the computer will beep and post and will boot up and work fine. I've tested the memory in other computers and it is good. Any idea what could be going on here? Computer has a new foxconn MB with an athlonxp 2700+ with ddr memory.

Sounds lika a classic case of poor circuit contact. It was hard enough to isolate the problem in those old vacuum-tube radios, and it would be practically impossible to do so on a motherboard, as it's a 1000 times more complex. You could try RMAing the board, that should fix the problem.
