WEIRD Overclocking Results....Help!

Here is my setup:
A64 3200+ Newcastle w/XP-90
DFI UT Lanparty NF3-250gb
1gb (512mbX2) Mushkin PC3500 Level2 BH-5
XFX 6800GT
36gb Raptor + 80gb WD SE
Audigy 2
CoolerMaster ATC-201S Case
OCZ 520W PowerStream



....now here's the weird thing. I recently traded for the Mushkin Level2's, which before I ran some Geil Ultra PC4000's. The "Maximum" overclock that I could achieve with the Geil was 240x10 or 2400mhz, with 2.5-4-4-7 2T (I know that 2T sucks, but my mobo wouldn't run this memory at 1T for some reason. Every other MoBo ran the Geils are 1T just fine). With the Geil, this combo did NOT like the 11X multi, and would not run over 210FSB with the 11X multi. It would run 250X10 with VERY high voltages (1.8+), but would run pretty warm.

....then I get the Mushkins. These sticks ROCK! I have a modded Bios, and with the adjustable rails on my OCZ PowerStream, I am able to give these sticks up to 3.5 volts! I have memtested these sticks to be completely stable with 3.2V running 2-2-2-5 at 260FSB! Amazing! But for SOME reason, my setup is NOT stable at 240x10 anymore! I run it at that speed with the above memory timings, and everything seems great, but then I will get random BSOD (Blue Screen of Death)! I even tried it with "auto/SPD" settings which defaults to 2-3-3-6, and get similar results, no matter how much voltage I give to the Core, or Dimm.

....another weird thing, it now seems to "prefer" the higher multiplier, and a slightly lower FSB! I am now running 220x11 (2420), with much lower voltages, and is priming now for over 5+ hours, so it seems pretty stable at this setting. Remember, that this setting would NOT run with the Geils.

....what is going on here? Can someone shed some light on this issue?

*another sidenote* This system "Boots up" to windows with much higher settings (230x11, 260x10) than was available with the Geil...just not stable.

hmm...I thought it was locked already. So I should change it from 66 to 67mhz?
 
As far as I know that lock only works on the MSI boards (settings AGP to 67MHz).

yeah...I don't think I've ever messed with it in the past, and ClockGen has always showed mine at 66.6mhz.
 
Ok...I think I MAY have found out the problem. *Crosses fingers* Before, when I ran the Geils, I ran them at Ram slots 1, and 3. The Mushkins would not boot in these two slots, so I ran them in 1 and 2. I switched them around, and now it boots in 1 and 3 just fine. I am running memtests.
