Weird output

Hey guys,

so I am installing a wireless card and everything goes fine. I go to turn the machine back on that I was just using and the video output looks weird. The POST test is showing up with some letters in red letters,or yellow letters. Then it goes to the Windows Splash Screen, it looks normal but there are two spots on the logo where it looks really weird like it has a "bruised" spot. Well the output stops when it gets to windows.

I tried taking out the wireless card and get the same thing. I take the video card out and look at it. Looks fine. I am still getting the same thing.

It wasn't doing it before installing the video card. Is there anything I might be missing that I could have inadvertly done?
