Heres my problems

I have a i5 750 EVGA p55 SLI mobo. RIPJAW Gskill ram 9-9-9-24. Watercooling

This is my problem. At stock speeds windows boots up fast, everything loads really quick. I click to open programs and it opens them instantly.
As soon as I overclock past 3.2ghz. For windows stuff. opening stuff. Its slow. I have tried messing with everything, i dont get it. Benchmarks are faster the higher i OC, same with games.

I have speedtest, C state, all that disable.

4.27gt/s
ram is at 1600mhz stock speed 1.5v

Anyone else have this problem?
 
could be that its not completely stable.. may want to try upping the voltage a little bit and see if it gets smoother.. see if that works.. just an idea.. may work may not..
