Weird network issues?

It'll connect to the internet fine, watch videos, download SOME things fine.

However

-Can't connect to sleeping dogs network
-can't download far cry 3 or LoL(Says no internet connectivity detected)
-Cant play planetside 2(cant connect)
-Cant connect to CSS/CSGO servers

however some things like playing HA Contracts work fine, also SR3 multiplayer works fine. Steam also works.

Does anyone have any idea, some things work, some don't.

ONLY happens with this computer, not others.
 
Thanks, I shut off personal protection/scanning but not firewall, just shut it down and everything works.
