weird message in windows. cant think what to title this thread lol!

Hi all. I finally got around to upgrading to a pci-e mobo, and just got done installing xp. As soon as I was in windows explorer this message was waiting for me on my desktop. I have never seen this before and doesn't seem normal. Any idea what this pertains to?

It means exactly what it said really. It found something new, most likely all your hardware and just needs a restart to finish stuff up.
