So I was playing around with my comp again (in sig), and if I turn it to 2.4ghz cpu speed (200 ram), i get artifacts all over halo and games. If I return it to my regular 2.2ghz speed, artifacts are gone. Is this due to my vid card not being able to keep up with the new cpu speed?
 
that would most likely be a head issue with one of the two (CPU or graphics card)...

i would check ur temps on both of them see if they are really high
 
Even if my locks were not on, I turn down the HTT and up the Multi to attain 2400. My psu is a 510W turbo deluxe, and i'll be damned if that wasn't putting out the needed power. temps are normal, I just don't think my vid core can handle the power :eek: :eek:
