Recently I have been having problems with my Samsung SyncMaster 171v LCD monitor. Below I attached pictures of both my setup and the normal/not normal pictures. This problem is random and does not matter what pc it is plugged into (if it is even plugged in at all) and also the power does not seem to be an issue.
Anyone have any ideas? interference dying lcd? I am not sure what the signs of a dying lcd are. anyways thanks!
EDIT: The signal is not the problem it will do the same thign when plugged in and pc going. i have narrowed it down to a monitor only issue..

And then what my desk looks like (maybe something is causing interference? i dont know does not seem to matter if laptop is there or not
