Weird Issues

Okay so this past weekend I installed a Koolance Exos 2 liquid cooling system. I'm only cooling my CPU and my 2 video cards with it. I had no leaks and everything went fine during the installation. For some strange reason my CPU died, I have a hunch why it died but we're not here to talk about that. I bought another one put in it and my PC fired right up with no problems. Great, my PC was back up and running I had liquid cooling installed and everything is wonderful...or at least I thought. I'm running Windows XP x64 Pro, I have been for the past 2 weeks and I haven't had a problem with any nVidia drivers on XP x64. Until now, you see I was monitoring my temps through the nVidia Advanced Settings Pane and I decided to close it and play a game. My PC froze and I had to reset my machine. I also noticed that when my monitor went into sleep mode after I brought it out and tried to start a game my PC froze. I thought to myself that maybe I should have reformatted after changing CPU's. It was the same CPU nothing was different but it is new hardware and a major component at that, so I reformatted my PC hoping that there was just an error somewhere after changing CPU's. After reformatting I noticed the 2 problems listed above still existed. This is highly annoying, how is it that everything can work fine but by adding a liquid cooling setup all of a sudden I'm having issues. I can assure you there are no leaks in my setup, I'm using Arctic Silver 5 on my CPU and GPU's. Could there be an issue elsewhere, are my 6800's looking for a fan to be plugged in on the cards themselves?? Can anyone help me at all? I've tried 3 different drivers and I get the same issues (77.40, 77.72, 77.77). Are these problems driver related?? Any suggestions would be great.
