Weird issue with MSI AB

When I OC my 7870 with MSI AB and then press reset, my clocks are forced to 150/150Mhz whether or not there is a 3D application running. Another thing that I found weird is that when I manually set my core/memory clocks to their default values, the same thing happens and the clocks are stuck on 150/150Mhz. But if I manually set the clocks to speeds slightly different from the default values, the card properly clocks itself.

Does anyone know what is going on?
