Weird installation problem

Doing a simple install of Windows XP Home on a new hardware. Everything goes fine until I get to the 'Press F8 - I agree' I press F8 and nothing happens...changed keyboards.. nothing. Even used some of my older XP installations disks.. SAME THING. I've installed Windows many many times and never had this happen. Will not let me agree to the EULA..WTF.

I've also made sure to enable the USB keyboard and mouse support in BIOS. And the BIOS detects my HDD just fine.

Anyone?
