I have a 200gb drive hooked up to my server. It had backed up software and movies ect. on it. All was well until last night when I rebooted the machine and I tried to access the drive. It said that that drive was unformated and would I like to format it. I have no clue what happened???? It was working fine before I rebooted now I can't access anything on it. Any suggestions??

Well at least it sees the drive, so it probably isnt a hardware failure. You've got a logical failure on your hands. Get the machine booted using another drive and slave the troubled one. Make sure the boot drive has enough room for your data. Try out software like Ontrack EasyRecovery (http://ontrack.com/easyrecoveryprofessional/) to gain access to your lost data. Best of luck!

You can also try GetDataBack for either NTFS or FAT32, whichever you had it formatted with to try and recover. It could be simply the partition table or FAT/MFT table got borked somehow and the data is still OK.
