Weird Grfx card problem

I have a laptop and for 2 years it said it had an 8500 radeon mobility card in it. Like you right click on the desktop and then go to properties and you look at your graphics card controler and it says its an 8500. However recently i got a program called PC wizzard 2004 which gives you detailed specs of your hardware and that program says my card is infact a radeon 9000 mobility...which is right? And if the PC Wizzard 2004 is giving me correct info, how do i change what it says on the computer? Thanks guys.
