Weird Display Issues....

Hello,

Parents Dell desktop display is acting up. It doesn't do color test when not plugged in/unplugged.

I rebooted the computer and the bios boot screen flashes across the screen the goes black.

I also hooked my laptop up to this monitor and it did exact same thing. Flashed my desktop and then right back to black.

Anyone have any ideas what to do get it to work?

Might have to start looking for a new one unless it's under warranty.
