So the topic says it all. I've been building and troubleshooting computers going on 13 years now and have never ran across an issue like this.
So As it stands right now when I try to boot up it easily takes 5 minutes where before it was easily less than a minute. When I try to play any FPS game the its as if I am playing in slow motion but when I load up SC2 or WoW the games play fine. Go to open and close system windows and there is visible lag there too. This issue has only come up today and as it stands right now Im at a loss.
I have taken the video card out and tested it in my fiance's computer and it works fine. I have tried each and every RAM module separately in my computer with the problem persisting, and the fiance's computer and they are working perfectly. Right now I am leaning towards a bad motherboard or even possibly a bad PSU.
Any insight on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
