weird boot problems

tried two diff cases three diff psu's two diff mobo's diff ram diff cpu's
same problem.

pc boots by it self in one case (coolermaster centurion tower) and doenst boot at all in the other one (antec aria matx)..

is this a short? it did it with two diff psu's in the tower and the matx psu wont even turn on..

sorry for my ill grammmmer and prob wrong spot to post but thought worth a shot.
 
Have you made sure the front pannel connectors are in the right place on the mobo?
 
Probably be best to post in the General Hardware forum. However I am leaning more towards user error. Either not hooking up the front panel connections correctly or something else you may be doing wrong. Just not enough Information to make a more educated guess.
