For some reason or another my customer EQ does not work or load with windows. I have to actually click the tray icon and open the EQ and then it works instantlly. I'll have music playing then open the EQ and BAM much better sound due to the EQ setting I have made.

Any ideas as to why this is not loading when windows loads? The creative icon apears ( white with blue speaker ) but the EQ settings don't load.
 
reinstall the drivers and the creative software. you might need the installation cd.
