Weird AGP problems

First of all, 3DMark2001 shows "AGP Rates (Current/Available) NA/NA" and PC Mark shows "AGP Rates (Current/Available) 0x / "

Also, CPUZ doesn't have ANYTHING for AGP listed under the mainboard tab (those things are grayed out)

the latest nvidia chipset drivers (including the GART) and the latest video card drivers are all installed. AGP is set to the default video adapter in the bios and the card works fine in other systems.

i'm getting a 3dmark2001 score of 8165 with the following system:

A64 3400+
MSI K8N Neo Platinum nForce 3 250gb
2x512 PC3500 Mushkin Black Level II
Geforce 3 (soon to be 6800 GT)
120GB Seagate 7200.7 SATA (Boot)
120GB WD SE IDE (Storage)
Plextor CDRW
SB Live 5.1
