Weird 120mm fan plug

I have an enermax psu and I want to replace the fan inside it. It's a standard 120mm fan but it has a not so standard power plug

it looks just like this one

where could i find one (which has this sort of plug)?
could i just get a normal 120mm fan and replace its cable with this one or would it be too risky to have inside a psu?

Just solder the new fan cable and the old connector/cable together.

1. Splice the wiring to mate the 3 pin connector (match the colors).
2. Or...buy a 3-pin fan connector kit at Frys or another electronics retailer and have some fun modding.
3. Or...buy a fan with a 3 pin adapter (Coolermaster and SilenX include these)
4. Or...buy a native 3-pin connector 120mm fan (Papst, Thermaltake and others have these models)

That isn't a normal 3 pin connector.
