weird 11.4 issue

If i let my HDMI monitor fall asleep, the drivers default back to the stock overscan setting (monitor needs 0%, being 1:1), if i hop into the menu and adjust the overscan, it pops right back to 0% and doesnt even give the option to apply (effectively fixing it....but this happens whenever i wake the thing up)
